Delivery & payment

1. Unless other due dates or delivery times are specified or expressly agreed in the item description, the following applies:
   Payment is due within 5 calendar days after conclusion of the contract. The following delivery times are calculated from the day after your payment instruction has been issued:
   Delivery in Germany within 7 working days (Monday to Saturday)
   Delivery within the EU excluding Germany: 14 working days
   Delivery in the rest of Europe: 21 working days
2. Payment can be made by bank transfer, via Paypal or by credit card

Prices & shipping costs

1. All prices are quoted in euros (€), including VAT.
2. The following shipping costs are added to the prices of the goods:
   Within Germany: flat-rate shipping fee of € 4.50
   Deliveries within the EU excluding Germany: flat-rate delivery charge of € 15.00
   Deliveries worldwide outside the EU: flat-rate delivery charge of € 30.00
3. Customs duties incurred for deliveries abroad must be added.
